Let’s be real….I used to dread Mondays.
It was the day that basically said, “Hey, you ready for the very first day of a long week?”
It felt like reality slapped you in the face before you even truly opened your eyes. Between kids, work, content, home stuff, and just trying not to lose your mind… Mondays were anything but mindful.
Now? I treat Mondays like a sacred little reset, a day where I set the tone, not just for my calendar, but for my energy.
And I do it all in the morning, before the chaos can fully take over.

My Mindful Monday Morning Flow
This isn’t a “perfect” routine. It’s not aesthetic for the sake of social media.
It’s what actually works for me, even when I’ve got 42 tabs open in my brain.
1. Morning Mindset Check-In
• I start with a gentle morning reset yoga flow to move my energy
• I do a 5-minute EFT tapping session and say affirmations out loud while I get ready
• I add in my gua sha stone and facial roller ritual before my beauty routine it helps me feel grounded and connected
• I pull an oracle card or two to get clarity on the day’s energy
• I don’t check email or social first thing… learned that one the hard way
“What energy do I want to embody this week?”
That’s always the question I come back to.
2. Weekly Planning Reset
Since I plan out my week on Sundays, my Monday already starts with clarity.
• I’ve already organized my weekly goals
• On Monday mornings, I choose my top 1–3 priorities for the day
• I set up my daily time blocks for tasks, content, work, and family
• I check email, skim notifications, and get my head in the right space
This gives me structure without stress. I know what’s most important, and I can flow through the rest without burning out by noon.
3. Home + Life Reset
I’ve followed the same daily cleaning flow for over 18 years, and honestly, it’s what got me interested in organizing my life in the first place.
It’s simple, realistic, and helps me reset my home in about 1.5 to 2 hours a day, even with a busy schedule. This includes loading and unloading the dishwasher, washing laundry, cleaning bathrooms, basically everything.cu
4. Brand & Work Focus
I work a full-time job and once that’s done for the day, I shift into brand mode. This is where I check in on my content schedule, reply to messages, tweak graphics, or brainstorm what I want to share next.
I don’t force productivity here. I just stay consistent because I know I’m building something for me.

After work and content, I spend the evening with my family. We usually cook dinner together, talk about our day, and have a little downtime to unwind.
I also do my evening checklist, nothing major, just resetting the space so I don’t wake up to chaos.
And while we relax, maybe watching a show or just winding down, I’ll often sneak in a little brand work. It’s not pressure-filled. It’s peaceful. It’s me creating a life that aligns with who I’m becoming.
If Mondays feel like they’re running you instead of the other way around, I promise, a mindful reset can shift everything.
Not just how your week flows…
but how you show up in it.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
It doesn’t have to be Pinterest-worthy.
It just has to feel like you.
Until next time, keep growing, keep glowing… and as always; namaste.
